Shipping & Payment Policy

 

Shipping

1. Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take longer. We’ll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Carriers We ship using Zásilkovna (Packeta), PPL and DPD. The specific carrier or service used depends on the destination and the package size.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Czech Republic (CZK)

    • Orders under 2,500 Kč: Shipping 89–149 Kč (calculated at checkout).

    • Orders 2,500 Kč and above: Free shipping.

  • European Union (EUR)

    • Standard shipping: €14.90–€24.90 (calculated at checkout).

    • Orders €200 and above: Free shipping.

4. Delivery Time Estimates Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, weather, or other factors.

  • Czech Republic: Typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • European Union: Typically 2–7 business days after dispatch.

5. Tracking Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your package's journey.

6. International Customs & Duties (Non-EU) For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (e.g., Switzerland, UK, Norway, USA), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pawloor is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, they are your responsibility as the customer.

7. Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

8. Refused Delivery / Unclaimed Parcels If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or not picked up from a pickup point and is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any return shipping/handling fees charged by the carrier. We can refund the order after we receive it back, excluding any shipping/handling fees incurred.

We accept the following payment methods (availability may depend on your country and currency):

  • PayPal

Payments are processed securely. If your payment is declined, please try another payment method or contact your bank/payment provider.
