Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Pawloor website (https://pawloor.com) and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.
2. Products & Prices
We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will be exact.
Prices shown on the website may change at any time. The price charged for a product is the price shown at checkout at the time you place your order. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
We are not VAT registered; therefore VAT is not charged on our invoices.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.
3. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (e.g., pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues). If we cancel your order after payment, we will refund you using the original payment method.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate address and contact information so we can fulfill your order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs (if applicable), shipping carriers, or events outside our control.
For consumer orders, the risk of loss passes to you when you (or a person you designate) take physical possession of the goods.
Non-EU customers: You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and carrier handling fees required by your country.
5. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
How to withdraw/return: Contact us at support@pawloor.com.
Return deadline: After you notify us of withdrawal, you must send the goods back within 14 days.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed and returned appropriately packaged (see our Return & Refund Policy for details on vacuum-packed items).
Cost: The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
Refund timing: If you withdraw, we will refund the payments we received from you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence you have sent them back (whichever is earlier).
You may be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
6. Complaints & Legal Guarantee
If the goods are defective, you may exercise your rights under Czech/EU consumer law. Complaints about defects that appear within 2 years from taking over the goods can be made in accordance with applicable law.
This legal guarantee covers defects that existed at the time of delivery or become apparent later due to their cause at delivery. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, improper care, or your pet (e.g., chewing or scratching).
How to file a complaint: Contact us at support@pawloor.com with your order number, description of the issue and photos if possible. We will tell you the next steps and handle the complaint in line with applicable law.
We will handle complaints within the statutory deadline and in accordance with applicable law.
7. Product Use
Our products are intended for pet use under supervision. No dog bed is indestructible. Damage caused by chewing, scratching, misuse, or improper care is not considered a manufacturing defect. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Czech law, Pawloor shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited by law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights).
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the consumer laws of your country of residence.
Alternative dispute resolution (ADR): If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, you may submit a proposal for out-of-court settlement to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), which is an ADR entity for consumer disputes in the Czech Republic.
